Booth sites are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Booth  spaces will be located along Division Street between First and Third  Streets.  Booth spaces are assigned and specific locations of booth  sites are at the discretion of the Stilwell Kiwanis Club.  Three price  levels are available for you to choose from.  The more expensive spaces  are those that are most in demand because of their proximity to  the  parade route and center stage.  However, with attractions located at  both ends of Division Street, there is an excellent flow of visitors  through the vendor booth area.

Booth Spaces include a permit  to do business at the festival from 6:00 PM the day before the festival  until 6:00 PM festival day. A separate permit (obtained with onsite registration) must be displayed on each  booth, stand, or attraction. Set up may begin as early as 5:00 PM the  day before the festival.




  • Single booth spaces are 10' X 10', with a 6 foot aisle between every couple of booths.
  • Spaces will be reserved only upon verification of payment received. 
  • Sites with electricity are limited, so be sure to indicate on the application if it is needed.  Bring your own extension cord.  
  • Division Street will be blocked off and booths may be set up after 5:00 P.M. the Friday before festival day.
  • Upon  arriving, check in at the Kiwanis Club tent at the corner of Second  & Division to be issued your permit and location of your booth  space.
