Due Date: The completed application must be returned to the Stilwell Kiwanis Club by March 14, 2024.

Section I:

Complete Section I by typing or printing on the application. Sign the application. IF UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, a parent or guardian MUST also sign the application.

Section II:

This section consists of an essay no greater than 500 words written in MLA format.

Section III:

This section outlines the standards for which the essay in Section II is presented. It is important for applicants to familiarize themselves with these standards and judging criteria. The applicant must perform their speech at the 2024 Stilwell Strawberry Queen Pageant to be awarded the scholarship.

1. Should be no younger than 16 years on Strawberry Festival Pageant day (April 6, 2024) and NOT turn 21 years before year end (December 31, 2024). Birth certificate or photo ID required for proof.

2. Must be male at birth.

3. Must be a bona fide resident of Adair County in the state of Oklahoma 6 months prior to application deadline. If attending college outside of Adair County, the contestants permanent address MUST be in Adair County. Mail or photo ID required for proof.
